Off Sick

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows, 

I felt like I was having a sick day today. My hayfever was bad, and while it is no fun sneezing all the time at home, it is WAY more fun than sneezing all the time at work.

As for Caro, she is back up to her old tricks. I had to tell her off today for doing laundry. Though at least she didn't push it by trying to have another walk. In fact, she managed a three hour nap this afternoon. I blame it on all that laundry.

While she was doing that, I watched this documentary all about cute ravens. I love all birds, and have always felt that the crow family is unfairly characterised as evil, just because they look good in black and like to eat dead people. Anyway, I felt vindicated by this show in which the sweet little ravens like to play with toys and be swung about by their keeper. Wheee!

I also re-watched a nature documentary I'm sure I have mentioned before. It is the story of Stoffel the Honey Badger and it is frickin' hilarious. I insist you stop what you are doing - even if you are currently at work or on the toilet - and watch this show. Stoffel is my hero.

Now it is the evening and my sick day is over. I have stopped sneezing and the little guys are sharing the living room with us. I can now go back to my holiday proper, and taking care of Caro. If she will allow it.
