Reaching towards .....

.... the sky.

First .... thank you for all the well wishes yesterday.  Although I was feeling much better today than yesterday I still felt a little off.   So other than going for a very short walk after supper we both stayed home and relaxed.  

The sunflower in my picture is growing as a result of the wildlife scattering seeds as they do.  It grows near the edge of the pool and whilst I was swimming this afternoon I took a few pictures ... being careful not to drop my camera in the pool of course!  The sun was behind it and I liked the way it was back-lit.  The sunflower plant is huge and has dozens of flowers on it .... with many more waiting to open.  

We love it!
