In, out, in, out ..................

Sun & showers ... Cassiesmum arrived in the middle of the morning with a Honesty plant for the garden, plus some cooking apples. We sat in the sunshine with a drink and discussed #WorldPhotoDay. She went off with a feed of runner beans in search of an image worthy of #Blipfoto & #WorldPhotographyDay I thought about what I might do, but then got carried away.

Spent the day in the garden. Emptying flower pots, filling the flower borders . Mid afternoon the clouds loomed overhead, followed by the wet stuff, I was right in the middle of potting up some tiny Hebes that had somehow self seeded, growing in between the brick paviors, so I quickly ripped off the  mucky disposable gloves, grabbed the laundry off the line and threw it in through the patio doors onto the carpet, and that's where it stayed until I was packing up. I'd totally forgotten it was still there. Never mind, most of it only needing folding up.

The new batch of cuttings and re-potted plants are heading back up to the allotment tomorrow morning. Their Winter hangout. I hope I can get them all in the Aygo :)

Just watched Song For Marion on BBC iplayer. A lovely film starring amongst others Terence Stamp & Vanessa Redgrave. Shed a few tears ..... quietly.

Thanks to 60Plus for hosting Mono Monday & the subject middle.
