Repot imminent!

I wish I knew which odd tap/combination thereof resulted in "Publish" prematurely, TOTALLY devoid of words.

I put this outdoors a while ago, after it had taken on a somewhat treelike aspect on a bare stalk/trunk 7.5" from soil to lowest leaf; it, much more recently, has apparently given thought to flowering.
It seems to have settled - I'm not sure whether to try an "Air-layer" or just "go for broke" and just - chop & pot.
