Rum O'clock

Long story short.

Ongoing scaffolding woes. Leaking water tank. Unhelpful workmen. Emergency plumber. 

Result : soffit and fascia renewal continues. No hot water (or heating ) until new water tank fitted.

It may get smelly around here......
