Sarnie stop

This is my sister having a sandwich stop during a day of shopping and getting merry in Manchester. It was a good laugh, even when we both had to be woken up by a fellow passenger when the last train pulled into Crewe station.

As we ordered a kebab and waited for a taxi, I heard Portuguese being spoken at the takeaway. A group of men from East Timor were there, in Crewe to work. Of all the places you’d expect to find an East Timorese, it is not in Crewe.
