Best description on what is happening with the wood from yesterday.

Kara expected half an hour for a square hole to be cut out. This turned into 3 hours and the framework is being left overnight to glue.

Hopefully I can reveal the finished article tomorrow or I will be in trouble - got asked 3 weeks ago to make this for this coming Wednesday.
