The book I nearly wrote was this thick....

The Abergavenny's Writers' Drop-in today met at Philip's house (one of the regulars), with a bit of a festive feel to the occasion. He was parading his latest publication - Saving Grandpa Joe - which he wrote for his grandchildren and just published. It's the story of a grandmother who invents an armchair to help elderly people get out of it, which sends Grandpa Joe into orbit, or something similar.
