Hole #17 Birdie

I didn't find anything interesting yesterday and was struggling with my game today. All was forgotten when this red-tailed hawk popped up on the lava by the 17th green. 

I discovered that it had been feasting on a rabbit...thus the patience with us being so close. He flew off (see extra) as we were leaving, but I am sure he will return to finish his meal.

I am grateful the foursome in back of us were a hole behind. It gave me plenty of time to capture this beauty!
