Sunday; Elderberries on Black Leaved Elderflower

Dry and windy all morning, a few little showers in the afternoon.
Made a large shepherds pie for MrD and courgette bake for me - using up the massive “courgette” MrD brought home last week.
Picked a few more blueberries to add to yesterday’s, they’ll go in the freezer for Winter. Blackbirds have had a few, they can have elderberries now! Might make some Elderberry Vodka, if I remember!!
Black Eyed Susan rampant in the greenhouse, added a few more bamboo to take it into the roof.
Also picked some damsons, the erratic weather dry then soaking wet has made a lot of the fruit burst - maybe damson & apple jam of I have time tomorrow.
