Knitting

As I cannot pursue any energetic activities, I have taken up knitting again.

I can only do plain knit stitch in straight lines on big wooden vintage needles. I bought the balls of wool in a hospice charity shop. Hopefully the cats will be pleased with their blanket.

It was warm enough to sit in the garden today. Friends came to visit but it became too cold to eat outside.

The new hens have settled in very well and seem to be enjoying their new home.
