Church Flower

Church this morning, this was one of the lilies by the window. The window here is quite art deco, and I really love the design.  Then this afternoon my daughter and I went swimming. I was pleased, as I found swimming 1km to be reasonably easy today - so I must have got that bit fitter while on holiday. I'd like to keep it up, but I was rather shocked at how expensive a pool swim has got, particularly when I'm paying for the both of us. 

Called round to see a friend and then finished off the weekly shop.
