Went out for a 10km run first thing this morning which was tough but good!

MrsT away to a spa day from 11am for the rest of the day.

After dropping L off at gymnastics I had a gym session before giving the house a good clean whilst he Quadraphenia soundtrack blasts away in the background.

Ten pin bowling tonight at Murrayfield to round off the weekend.
