Seconds anyone?

I'm a firm believer that a plate of food should be colourful, even if it doesn't taste great it can at least look great! However this sauce was both!
We had the Flecks' round for dinner, hadn't seen them in a while, so that was the reason for my colourful, culinary exploits. As contrast, I knocked up some guacomole for starters but that all went so you'll have to use your imagination: shades of green, reds and yellow. We sat out on the terrace chatting away until folk started to yawn and drop off (not off the terrace) then it was time to load the dishwasher, first time this year. Might also be the last time since we can't suss out why the E4 error is appearing! The dishes got a nice cold rinse though!
