Saturday saw the All Under One Banner Scotland Independence march through Aberdeen city centre. Around 10,000 people turned up. June and I sadly were unable to make it.
The march culminated at Castlegate, and it was there at 2am today I spotted the Saltire that was left attached to The Gordon Highlander statue.
Wonderful and very evocative image.
