Exidia glandulosa (Black Jelly Fungus)

Delamere Forest this morning, we found an interesting crust fungus as well that I haven't yet identified. I met someone in the Traveller's Rest that I haven't seen for about 15 years. Wirral Country Park this afternoon for a brisk and damp walk along the beach.
(Opposing views on edibility, I wouldn't fancy it, dried or otherwise).
