Lovely afternoon with Valarie 12at Harrington Kite Festival beautiful blue skies but very very windy, too windy i believed which I found hard to understand ???? Harrington sits right beside the sea and the tide was on the turn while we were ther it was spectacular got some good atmospheric shots so was difficult deciding which photos to blip but colourful kite won out ,,,
