Learning

So, this is a recorder. Technically not mine; my eldest got it for Christmas because he's learning it at school, though it's kind of mine now :P I used to play various recorders at school so when faced with small children making sounds similar to that of cats dying, I of course had to pick it up and have a go. It is so much fun!! I googled for some charts and music to see if I could remember how and realising that within just a short while of having a go, things like reading music came back really quickly. Learning is definitely fun (and the kids seem to think I am magic for managing to pick it up so quickly!)
