Inocybe maculata ?

A really dull and wet day with almost continuous light rain.  A lot of these fungi have appeared under our beech tree.  I am not sure about the identification so please correct me if I am wrong.  This is the closest match I can get to the illustrations in my mushroom book but it says they appear from September to November so they would be a little early.
