Go Karting tandem style

This morning Ethan and I met up with Foreveryoung & Eden, Mrs Monochrome, Aidan & Logan and Mrs42 & Miss42 at Almond Valley Heritage Centre.

The kids had a fun, muddy time running round the farm, bouncing on the nutty bouncer etc. Ethan and Eden also wanted to go on the Go Carts. Usually I sit Ethan on my lap and then pedal the go cart but I clearly couldn't do that with 2 of them. Initially Eden was happy to walk while I pushed Ethan on it but then she wanted on too so the 2 of them perched precariously on the seat for a while, with lots of giggles! Then lunch in the farm cafe before a soft play session.

Ethan and I then had to head off as he had his 3rd settling in session at his new nursery. He was happy enough when I left him and still happy when I picked him up 2 hours later. Mind you, he did run straight past me and into Grandpa's arms when he saw him (I'd taken Granny & Grandpa along too so they know the nursery routine for when they do Friday drop offs and pick ups).
