Tessa and the Anchor

Today's the day …………………….. for vocabulary

We took Tessa and Josie down to Kirkcudbright Harbour this afternoon, where Tessa had lots of fun playing on this large metal sculpture.  "Do you know what this is called?", we asked her.  And quick as a flash came the answer, "It's an anchor …..". 

She's only three years old - how do they know these things …………………..?
