Coming Up For Air

It felt like that's what I was doing that lunchtime today - not that the first day back in the office was particularly traumatic. Just that it was, y'know, a day back in the office.

I like trying to get shots of birds like this just as they reach the surface, this being a male Goosander on the canal, head just breaking the surface, but not yet the surface tension (complete with fish in his gob if you squint). Means I can add something else to the BlipBigYear as well.

More commerciality once home, the eBay list of 'stuff' growing, and some print mounts arriving so printing out some more test shots to try selling in my Etsy store, as well as the ubiquitous eBay.
