All the B’s!

Quite a nice day if a little blowy...certainly a lot less rain than forecast, thankfully.

The bees were out in force again on the lavender and butterflies of many varieties were enjoying the buddleia. Tortoiseshell, peacock, comma and a fritillary of some sort to name a few. Difficult to get decent shots due to the gusty breeze and the fact they were choosing the top and back of the plant to land on...this was the best of the day.

Lora spotted Freya licking her leg bare of fur earlier so she had to go to the vet...who happily relieved us of £60+ for ten minutes of her time and a tube of cream!

In other news Hubby got the contents of his “boot” back today, so at least he’s a happy chappy!
