Training in the rain.

I love my Friday training sessions, even in the rain and especially as Thursday evening training has ceased. We have fun and are not at all competitive, although we all compete.

This is Karens puppy joining in and learning the very basics ..... Go Moose!

Now Jeff has lost nearly two stone he needs some new clothes so we headed into the local 'Fat Face' shop and bought a couple of shirts and a polo shirt 50% off! Result! Handy time to loose weight - Just as the sales start. 

The promised rain has arrived.
