Good day

Ralph came to visit today and we went for late lunch at the Toby Carvery - maybe an unusual choice for a vegetarian, but I like it there as I can have a truly enormous plate of various vegetable dishes for £5.95 which I think is a bargain in anyone's wallet. Washed down with a pint of London Pride. 

Postman delivered a heavy parcel for my bro which turned out to be from his publisher, and was advanced complimentary copies of the latest and updated second edition of one of his books, ahead of the official September launch date, so you saw it here first !  

A successful evening on the home front sorting stuff I've been meaning to do for a while and created, but didn't finish, three more characters in my sketch  book.
