Funeral Services.....

Back Blip.....   The day after I arrived in Hayesville, I sat and talked the day away while drinking tea with my friends.  We talked about everything and anything!  It was a quiet and extremely delightful day.
    I chose to post a photo from the prison that shows where the funeral services are held and the honor guards honor the fallen soldier, the family has a chance to invite family and friends to have a moment.  It is a beautiful  outdoor chapel where services are conducted before going to the graveside.  It seems to me to be less stark for the family, a chance to connect and remember, before following the honor guard to the site.
