Marian so kindly helped me help myself this morning, with a lift to an appointment she made for me with Claudio for an extraordinary and very effective massage. Work afterwards was feeling a bit brighter today, we have all been feeling the heat and pressure. Back into my saying yes and doing things phase, I went to yoga on a SUP board with Cristina and Maeve. It was fabulous. Little Agu joined in too. Then a stroll down to Repic for an open air screening of Bohemian Rhapsody. Couldn’t see the screen but who cares when the sand is in your toes. What summer nights are for, we need more!
