A Work In Progress

As you drive out of the town of Lubec, Maine headed towards Machias, you will see this interesting dwelling on the side of the road.  It looks like it has taken the owner some time to accumulate all these decorations ... and I somehow doubt he is finished yet!  I first noticed this place yesterday, but didn't think to photograph it then, so we drove back today.  I also wanted to photograph a beautiful distant view of the water across a field studded with purple loosestrife on the road to West Quoddy Head Light.  (See extras).
