A little Sulham History.

Often when we go to a place regularly, we don't notice all the finer details. When in St Nicholas's church in Sulham today, I noticed this banner on the wall. I suspect it has been there a very longtime, although I can't find any record of when it would have been put there. It is a banner for the Sulham Mothers Union. The organisation was founded in 1876 to support mothers bringing up their children as Christians. I wonder who made this and when it was last proudly held?
