The world divided

Following yesterday’s means of getting about, I thought today I would share a different view of travelling.
 
I have downloaded an app called what3words.
 
The app has been designed to pinpoint one’s location to a single 3 x 3m location in the world by a unique three word address.
 
Put in address, tap to select a square and this reveals a three word address.
 
I can imagine using this when lost in the forest/desert/wilderness/up a mountain/big city, etc.
 
Especially useful when directing the emergency services.
 
To illustrate the point, the site of yesterday’s bikes has the address shared.senior.buck
 
Move to the next square and you get deaf.chart.removes
 

I think it is a fabulous idea.
