Hello again!

August 15th and everybody named Maria, Panagia, Nota, Panagiotis, celebrates today her or his (Panagiotis) nameday and in the whole of Greece today is a national holiday (like Easter and Christmas).

Sweetheart's sister is named Maria and she's here from Athens and wanted to celebrate her nameday together with their mam and nurse in the village of Therisso (where their mam was born 95 years ago). I feared this trip for their mother, but she managed it OK and is deep asleep since back home (a few hours ago). 

The owner of the taverna we went to I remembered from earlier visits and an earlier blip... 5 years ago
