Largs

Up and away early this morning with L and A for the drive through to Largs as the girls and the rest of the team had an all day training session at the Sports Scotland National Training Centre.

It’s a fantastic inclusive facility and makes me wish I was doing something there too!

Instead I worked in the cafe in the morning then went for a stroll down to the coast at lunchtime. This was the ferry taking folks over to Millport.

In the afternoon I went to try out their fancy gym. The girls are due to finish at 5:15 so we’ll have the long drive home.
