Bookworm

I've always loved books and the written word. I might be Greek, but I daresay I'm pretty proficient in English, but the top of book is something I always intend to finish ( I have started it in the past) .

My goal for this month is to read one chapter from each book (Empires of the Word , linguistic , and US History by Remini, History) , and to also finish all the books I've stored in my iPad (also pictured).

While I was growing up , you could find me in the depths of books, I'd read anywhere, anytime, to the despair of my family.

Family meals? they didn't use to mean to me much, because I HAD to finish the latest book. Outings to extended family, relatives or family friends? I'd be staring at their bookcase, trying to figure out books I'd like, or having chosen a book and started it!! Several let me borrow said book, but I've had a few that I wasn't able to get home to finish, so I have some pretty interesting cliffhangers in my head.

I nowadays won't read at mealtimes (unless I am alone), lol, but my family still teases me about that one!
