Self Check-in

Self check-in at the doctors, feels like a no frills service, surely things aren't that bad NHS, oh no thats right as you are still employing 3 receptionists behind a desk to the right of this shot, who spent most of the time gassing away and giggling in between telling patients at the desk, "give me just a minute"...very bizarre set up, like the gadget but the majority of people in the surgery couldn't get to grips with it and after huffing and puffing went over to the reception to "check in" in the end!

So the diagnosis from Dr Stevenson is that its Sciatica that I have, OUCH! Gave me a very high dose pain killer and advised me to keep doing as much exercise and moving around as possible. That's fine by me, being cooped up and sitting still is not my strong point! However if I take 2 x 30/500mg codeine tablets that I have been prescribed I think I will be passed out most of the time.

Funniest thing, dropped my iphone (which is way out of contract just too lazy to upgrade) then tried to screen shot the smashed screen to act as a picture... errr dumbass or what, this back pain's messing with my brain!
