Wednesday

My day started somehow on a boring side. Something I had to do that I dread so much and ask myself when will it change and how and if at the end I should do something about it myself. So when I heard that my friend was free for coffee in the afternoon, it made my day. As it turned out, she had two tickets to the Beyeler Museum which we visited of course. Took a stroll through somehow strange works of art. Admired some and questioned others.

We found a cosy place in town to have some lemonade and ice tea and we talked for what seemed to be hours. It felt good to be outside. Outside with a friend and not worrying about laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc. For a while, we both escaped those daily tasks.
