Going up!

Early morning trip to the hospital for my annual health check. It’s very thorough and there’s always a little trepidation involved however, it seemed to go smoothly - the full report won’t come for a few weeks - fingers crossed!

A busy afternoon at work was followed by a very enjoyable dinner with colleagues. The highlight of the evening, other than the food, was the Vissel Kobe autograph wall. I fear that some of my staff will now be regulars at the restaurant in the hope of bumping into their sporting heroes!
