Spoiled for choice.

Auchterlonies golf shop is located just 100 yards from the first tee of the Old Course in St Andrews. We popped in when passing. It is one of the largest and most popular golf shops in town; they have a big stock of golf equipment clothing for sale, and clubs for rental. Around the corner they have a pre-owned shop - I can remember it being a place where golf clubs were repaired. The Auchterlonie brothers’ association with golf started in the 1890s and lasted for many years. They were golf club makers, club designers, ball makers and more; they’re also credited with designing or improving several golf courses. One was an Open Champion, and another had a role at the R&A I believe.
