Wednesday: Fruitful Garden

Bardsey eating apples are ripening nicely, as are the damsons in centre photo, Bramley cooking apples are filling up nicely too but have quite a bit of growing to do yet!
Rained most of the morning.
Few hours of dry weather this afternoon which I made the most of by emptying rainwater from trays under plant pots, also cut back a lot of straggly parsley which has flowered, roses which have been battered by the weather and other flowers which have passed their best.
MrD on deliveries today and finished after 6pm, rain had started again, hot meal ready for him.
