Relief

After 4 months of faffing on the part of the seller and her solicitor we have finally exchanged. I cannot tell you the relief, of waiting with baited breath every time we asked about exchange in casevshe threw her toys out of the cot and decided she didn’t want to sell. We move in 2 weeks ( to accommodate her- of course!)
