Smooth passage

Our young visitors and their parents had a smooth journey home today. It was super to have them all here. A much quieter day for us packing away all the old toys that prove their value in having been “kept for the grandchildren”!

The rain held off long enough for the washing to dry on the line. I walked along the promenade in the afternoon catching up with neighbours and making plans for upcoming festival activities.
