Lets Do the Bat Walk Again

Went up to Glendalough with some of the family to do the Bat Walk for the first time. It started with a talk in the Education Centre and after that we went to the Information Office. There are over five hundred bats in the loft of the Information Office. As the sun started to go down they began to head out looking for whatever they could capture during their nocturnal expedition.

Learnt a lot from the talk and walk. The staff and guides were conservationists and you could feel their love of the environment and the  life that is dependent on it.
