Scooters

An extremely busy day with very dull weather. As I was walking back to my hotel I came across numerous scooters abandoned all over the city.
These scooters have appeared in the last few months and seem to be quite popular, especially with young people, which is fine, but why can’t people just park them somewhere properly?
Just leaving them in the middle of the path is just pure laziness. There was a perfectly good car park not 5 yards away!!! Even just standing it up somewhere neatly I wouldn’t mind. But not this...,
