A day on the beach, come rain or shine...

We had plenty of both and lots of fun and we met Daisy, the 14 week old spaniel. She was bonkers...

We returned home, just with enough time to give Master H a bath and for me to head out on the bike for an hour. It was the hardest 14 miles I've ever ridden (perhaps with the exception of Ditchling Beacon, but even that was nowhere near 14 miles!!)
