Yoga Camp

Now I am back to civilisation, I have an awful lot of back-blipping and catching up to do - I will do my best but won't be commenting as much as I would like.

After a few days at my mother's, I met up with an old school friend who told me about a yoga camp starting the day after next in the Diois - a beautiful part of the Drome Region, in the Vercors massif which is part of the Prealps. I was a bit torn between spending time with my family and going to the camp but in the end I decided to go and I am so glad I did! 
The accommodation was very basic - dormitories, communal showers, with no wifi or any internet connection, but I felt at home straight away.
