Grand

After doing the other horses, I devoted my morning to Jeepers. I asked a lot of him today and he mostly excelled.

We went out a new route which would incorporate part of the street, the campsite and the shore. All went swimmingly until we met some cobbles leading down to the street. Jeepers really did not want to make the cross over, I even got off and tried to lead him over but he flat refused (see extra). I was offered an apple by someone in the nearest house to bribe him with... But ended up eating it myself because he wasn't interested. Realising I was getting nowhere I turned him away, remounting and approaching the street from a different road. We met another threshold of cobbles but he was distracted by people in the street and didn't notice that he had taken quite a few steps onto them. He had a mild panic when he suddenly realised and went all jelly legged.

It was at this point that I saw Chris Walks the UK (see extra) and we had a lovely chat. Please go visit his page, read his story and soak up his positivity.

I thought I might struggle to get Jeepers through the campsite... But he walked on boldly, even past the flapping tents and big wave energy monsters in storage.

The shore was a doddle and we had a wee canter too.

Dogs walked then off to work. I saw Gorgeous very briefly several times, hopefully I'll see him more tomorrow!
