Mynydd Y Grug

The lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterdays blip was astonishing. Thank you ever so much - it really is very much appreciated.

We spent most of the afternoon with my dad, keeping him company and making arrangements for different things. He's coping well in the circumstances.

This evening I headed up my local Mountain in Machen (South Wales, UK) to the Common that leads to Blackwood called Mynydd Y Grug to watch the sun setting. Nice to get some fresh air and peace. The blipfoto shows the sunset colours.
