Curious neighbors

Our neighbors took two new cats last winter after their old ones passed away. During the summer they let them be outdoors in their backyard, but locked with a wire to the ground hook, just like our cats. There are two holes in the hedge, where they like to follow what is happening in the neighborhoods.
