Steel work
Decided not to take the risk driving the car to work after being at the whisky fringe. Train stopped on the Forth rail bridge which it doesn’t normally do. Manage to take a photo of one of the steel pillars. These have been around since 1890 and its amazing to think they are still going strong. Ankle is feeling a bit better but will still be a while before I can run on it. Dad went in for his double heart valve replacement first thing this morning. Seems there was the usual NHS mix up when they didn’t have a bed for him when he arrives and his pre op meeting was held in a storage cupboard. The operation went well and they should be bringing him around sometime tomorrow. Spent the evening not doing much as J had worked from home. Did a bit of ironing before getting an early night till the fireworks went off waking Kilda up
