Bridging the gap

0245 this morning saw me awake with pain in my shoulder. 330am I had Factor VIII by 9am it was feeling a bit better. Slept in again then C took me to Bicester to see the Bowen man who appears to have cleared it up.

He did some work on my legs too which have recently felt like blocks of concrete. Some improvement I think.
