My morning's work

A few rescue tasks in the garden after a wild and windy night, then mid morning I set myself up with a basket of walnuts (from our tree), the nutcracker, a bucket for the shells and receptacle for the nuts and a couple of hours later had a bucket full of shells and  a 2 litre container full of walnut meat which I spread on a tray , roasted, cooled, bagged and put in the freezer. Another week should see them all shelled if I do basket each day.
